International Orders

Shipping information will be sent through the email to the buyer. The shipping information shows the expected arrival date and any other important info.

Expected order arrivals at your destination

• Bulk Orders (20,000+ jars): Expected arrival to the destination port 35 days
• Small to medium orders (Maximum 10 days)

All your orders will be shipped from New Zealand by Mainfreight. To calculate the total shipping cost for your international orders, please complete the checkout process that requests your shipping destination information. After you have completed the checkout form, you will be able to view your total shipping cost when you are about to make the payment.

Please Note Shipping cost = the pound (weight) of your order and the continent your order is shipping to.

The customer is responsible for any customs duties (e.g. taxes, tariffs, fees) of your own country. We highly recommended reviewing your country’s import regulations when ordering. When placing your order, please provide the right email address and the phone number if the Mainfreight must contact you about your order being held at the border. Packages held at the border will be delayed, and it is completely out of our control.

After you have confirmed your order, it means you accept the responsibilities of additional incurred expenses. Make sure to check your country’s import regulation when confirming your order. Duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs fees will be additional fees collected by the customs officers at the border of your country to deliver your order. Please contact the local government to receive exact information about the fees as we are not able to give you the specific information. Failing to pay duties and taxes have serious consequences: returning your parcel back to New Zealand. We cannot refund your order If the parcel is returned due to failure to pay duties and taxes.

We ship your order within three days. Shipping information will be sent through the email to the buyer. The shipping information shows the expected arrival date and any other important info. We will notify you if your shipments are delayed.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES, please make sure a physical address is provided in your order.
